First Shift Hours:
6:
00 am-3:
30 pm Monday - Thursday & 6:
00 am-10:

8922 JOB REQUIREMENTS Pull frame pieces off buggy.
Read tickets prior to building frames to verify options.
Final assemble piece using hammer, staples and proper amount of glue, applied neatly.
Makes sure joints are closed tightly and frames are individually checked for squareness.
Transports frames from work station to holding area.
Return damaged parts for replacement.
Write frame number on completed frame.
Transports frames from work station to holding area.
Properly store tools and supplies at the end of each shift.
Maintains neat and orderly work station.
Wears required safety glasses; works safely and reports unsafe conditions to Dept.
Supervisor.
Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS Experience/Education:
Minimum two (2) years of Plywood Frame Assembly experience required.
Required Skills:
Must have ability to learn quickly and recognize parts.
Must use staple gun for entire shift.
Must be able to lift/remove frames from bucks.
Frames can be in excess of 70 lbs.
Must be able to read tickets and job notes.
This position requires manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail to meet high quality standards.
Must perform job with safety as a top priority.
Must be able to show up to work on-time and take direction from supervisor(s).
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for nine (9) hours or more daily.
Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
