KFC General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) plays the primary role in the success of the restaurant.
The RGM has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and other duties as required or assigned.
The RGM ensures that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
Other key responsibilities for a successful RGM include finding, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire.
RGM's are also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude.
